Toolset favours pixelated art, has painterly features.
A classic. Comfortable user interface with a few catches(try rightclicking/ctrlclicking the toolbars).
Largely unusable today due to being a Java applet.

The_Powder_Toy_+_Multiplayer_Script

Game's features make for rudimentary pixelated toolset.
The Powder Toy is a sand physics simulator. With the added multiplayer script, it makes for an improvised collaborative drawing tool.
The game has LUA modding API, so this idea can be expanded further.
