OK... first we have to make sure that your website can use an oekaki. Could you give me a link to your web site, or better, the company that hosts your web site?
Running an oekaki can be difficult at times, becuase you may have to use the admin menus to help your members. However, I'd have no problem uploading and installing it for you, once I know if your server will allow you to have an oekaki.
Edit:
Oh, never mind. I just found out you're on FreeWebs. I'm afraid FreeWebs does not allow oekakis.
