Changing username
With regards to the message on http://www.ninechime.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=938 , would it be possible for me to have access to this tool?

I made some changes so it doesn't have the problems that it used to. So, it's now available publicly.
ChangeName
Log in as the board owner, and then the script will let you type in the old and new names.
