Can Someone Help me?
I don't know a host for the Wax or Wac oekaki. (If Waccon's site is a host, I need to know where to apply.) I mostly just want to make an oekaki for practicing peoples like me. I really really stink, which is why I practice on a friend's (Kunemitsu's) and just draw stuffs on X Neopians Oekaki
