I know you love me here already, Waccoon.
I don't know if you remember, but the host I use underwent a PHP upgrade a while back, which messed up all my databases. You were kind enough to log in and fix my wax poteto, which had a bunch of "locked" folders and files. Well, I also have a wacintaki, but I haven't used it since the upgrade. (It's just a private area for me and some friends to goof off in.) I finally logged in and wanted to draw today, but it says the picture folder is locked. And it certainly is, I can't do anything with it on my server, not even delete it. I fired off an email to my host's support, but they won't know how to fix the board for me unless they can magically unlock all the folders and files without deleting them.
I also get these errors:
tried to edit things in the control panel:
Warning: fopen(dbconn.php) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/rosewhip/public_html/proekaki/cpanel.php on line 169
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/rosewhip/public_html/proekaki/cpanel.php:169) in /home/rosewhip/public_html/proekaki/common.php on line 92
tried to edit banners:
resource/banner.php is locked! View Readme.txt for help.
tried to edit rules:
resource/rules.php is locked! View Readme.txt for help.
tried to view the ban list:
resource/hosts.txt is locked! View Readme.txt for help.
I read through the manual on troubleshooting tips, but I still don't know what to do. I don't have the chback.php file, and I'm not sure if that would fix anything. By the by, I can also no longer change permissions on things either. I tried changing the pictures folder from 755 to 777, and even though it gave me no errors, when I view the permissions again, it's still at 755.
Would you be able to help? Could I give you a remote login again? I know I'm a lot of trouble, but I really appreciate your help.

You can send me the login information and I'll have a look: My E-mail
I'm not sure what I'll be able to do, though, if your FTP client doesn't have permission to access the files. If worse comes to worse, I'll write up a short decription to send to your sysadmin so they'll easily know what to do.
