Wacintaki 1.3.0 site integration
Ohboy, first post in the mod section.
Anyway, I'm trying to get my site to cater to my horribly lazy users, and the less they have to log-in or register, the happier they are. I already have phpBB and Gallery intergrated (Gallery 2 into phpBB 2.x), and I was wondering what it would take to get Wacintaki to share the user/password database.
Wacintaki rocks my sockgloves. <3's from Laura.

I believe there is already a version by Niko that integrates Wacintaki with phpBB but its an older version. If I were you, I'd take a look at that and install it somewhere. See what you need to integrate it and then just do pretty much the same thing. Technically all you would need to do is unite the member databases under one. (and if you want to get more technical you can make it so that oekakis drawn on the board will appear automatically in the gallery)
Just do a search on google for Niko's wacintaki phpbb integration. ^^ You should find something.

I poked around it a bit, and I fear it's too much modification to both. I rather suck at mods, but I might give this a shot. I want to not have to mod phpbb, cuz everytime it goes down my users go apeshit.

Fear not, for I, Sir Unknown Forum User, will update Niko's mod very soon.
Niko's mod was for Wacintaki 1.2.2 and it did work wonderfully with phpBB 2.0.18.
I haven't tried it since then, but once I update it to 1.3.2 I'll post a link to it.

Does anyone know whether Nikos mod would work with the latest version? I don't think that mod has been touched since 2005, which is a shame.

It's been along time since i have upgraded my mod... This is USA Thanksgiving holiday weekend so I will attempt to update a mod for the latest Wachintaki. Last time i tryed to update I ran into some problems.
