I recently upgraded my WaxPoteto to version 5.5.9 and I'm getting the "No Database Selected" as well as warning messages in certain areas of my oekaki, but the rest of my oekaki works fine.

1. These are the warning messages that I'm getting:

Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/rainbow/public_html/header.php on line 23
No Database SelectedNo Database Selected
Warning: mysql_result(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/rainbow/public_html/header.php on line 176
Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/rainbow/public_html/header.php on line 180

These warning messages occur if I go to the Edit Banner (editbanner.php), Edit News (editnews.php), Edit Notice (editnotice), Ban List (banlist.php) and Template Designer (tdesign.php, tedit.php, tedita.php, tnew.php and tnewa.php) userpages.

2. Here are the warning messages that I'm getting when I try to access other parts of the page.

Warning: mysql_close(): 5 is not a valid MySQL-Link resource in /home/rainbow/public_html/delcomments.php on line 123

Warning messages in Delete User page:

Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/rainbow/public_html/delusr.php on line 33

Is there a way to correct these errors? Just wondering, because I might not have updated my WaxPoteto to 5.5.9 properly, even if areas of my oekaki are functioning properly.

You may have to re-copy all the 5.5.9 files. It's odd that you would be getting "No Database Selected" errors only for a few pages an not throughout the whole board. If there's a database problem, usually it shuts the whole board down.

I did change the database system in 5.5.6 so there is only one file that handles the database, instead of having duplicate code all over the place. If you made the jump from 5.5.5 or earlier to the lates release, chances are some files just haven't been copied correctly.

Yeah. I might have to fix the warning messages that I've been getting by fixing certain files to revert from 5.5.8 to 5.5.9. I only upgraded from 5.5.8 to 5.5.9 and I only got the warning messages as a result of this.

But now, everything is all fixed and it should be working properly. ^^
