Tig3ss, this would be the more plausible version of a hermaphrodite. There is no reason a hermaphrodite would have both ovaries and testicles as they are the same thing in development and the cavity in the body that becomes the vagina is actually what makes up the testicals so to get a vagina you would have to use the ball sack.

DP: Actually you're a bit off... While you're right about the ovaries being the same organs as testes, the scrotum is really only equal to the inner labial tissue. The penis has its analogies in the clitoris, clitoral hood, and the erectile tissue lining the vaginal walls. Women even have small, but often functional, seminal vesicles and prostates (AKA the 'G-Spot'), resulting in female 'squirting orgasms'.

You're almost both right - The bottom part of the vagina (and small labia) is formed from the "labiscrotal" fold, which fuses up in guys to form a ball sack (actually two sacks, the testes have a room each). The upper part forms from the Mullerian ducts along with the uterus. Now, testicles usually emit a hormone MIF (Mullerian Inhibition Factor) to kill off the upper half and the uterus. Which is why XY foetuses with testosterone "immunity" (CAIS) are born with only the lower part of the vagina even if they are otherwise 100% feminine, sometimes leaving it too short for intercourse. (this is fixable with some pressure dilation stuff). I do suppose it's possible to put the balls in the big lips, but I think it looks dumb. I like more simple and streamlined solutions.
