I enjoyed the soundtrack I'd gotten from a friend for several months before I was able to see the film. Already being familiar with all the music as I watched it was a very interesting experience. This pic really captures that scene, great work! |

I went and bought the DVD the other day. and I havnt drawn anything for quite a long time, and that movie just kinda hit me. it always does. @ Zaku : yeah, I did the same thing, but with fight club, and its soundtrack. its really quite a different to be totally familiar with sound, then have totally different visuals to go with it. such a beautifull movie... what did you folks like about it? |

Ha ha Jazz this is so sweet! Take that punk! *fwoooooosh* Reminds me of this once in Toronto I struck up a conversation with a chinese-blooded fellow on the corner of queen and bathurst, turns out he was a fire eater and gave me an impomptu demonstration of his fire blowing ability...a few min later we see a cop car coming in our general direction and panic, but luckily the bus came by before it got close enough to see and we got on and crossed our fingers.

I love how you went all cross-hatchy with the water colour tool. The effect creates an illusion of movement to me, which puts 'time' in the pic. And for that whole time his head is just getting roasted. Excellent technical skills plus real good vision. Oh yeah! |

I've seen the 'Archived' thingy used on other oekaki boards before, I beleive it means that one of the admins or moderators has decided that your pic will remain forever while the regular renewal cycle of the board deletes all the other art after a certain number of pages. This sort of thing caused some controversy on the last board I saw using it. Though I feel very honoured that those in charge think my zaku pic a couple pages back is worth keeping, and I believe you should feel good about them saving this piece of yours' too, it is extremely nice. |
