I really started getting into NASCAR in the 2001 season, probably because that was when NASCAR Racing 4 was released, which quickly became my favorite racing game. My dad and I took a trip to Talladega that year, which was my first live car race, too. Man, it was so freakin' loud! |

Here it is, the picture that defined my modern style. I sketched this out on paper, scanned it, traced it in Illustrator (making lots of fixes to the proportions of the head), then shaded it in Photoshop on a Mac at school. It took a long time to finish. But, it was worth it. |
