Unable to send pictures/ Broken Images
I honestly don't know the source of the problem or how to approach it.
the java loads fine but i cant upload images. or send. (sorry for the images but i put them here to help find the problem)
and for some reason everything appears locked in my diagnostics
the host im using is http://orgfree.com/ i use filezilla for FTP file transfers
if for whatever reason this host isn't suitable i would love to have a link to a free hosting site. Anything but funpic.org.
I did view the thread with the list of hosting sites but majority of the links were dead
any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you!
edit: forgot to mention I AM using the latest Wacintaki.
EDIT: NVM I FIXED THE PROBLEM
EVERYTHING WAS 755 i went to the directories and changed the Chmod to all 777

Whether 755 or 775 works depends on who "owns" the picture folder. An "owner" on a server is a program, such as the FTP server, the PHP scripting language, the system shell, and so on.
If the oekaki installer creates the pictures folder, it will be under the ownership of the PHP scripting language (which runs the oekaki). In this case, folder permissions of 755 will work, because PHP can write files into its own folders.
If the folder is created via FTP, then FTP will have ownership of the pictures folder, and PHP won't be able to write files into it. Thus, 775 is needed to give write permission to more groups of programs. The middle digit is what controls write permissions for groups.
A number of 777 is essentially the same as 775, but 775 is preferred.

NEW ERROR
the applet hasnt been fully loading for me
everything appears like this 
it was fine before but now it wont load.
sorry for the big images
but here's the details of it
any input is appreciated.
the server im using is orgfree.com. i have two oekakis on the server. if thats any inclination to the problem?
EDIT: i read this thread http://www.ninechime.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=984 and i still have the error problem. i replaced the old ship.php files but its still not working. sorry to bother but i could use some help

Can I have a link to the oekaki that is hosted on Orgfree.com? How long have you been running the oekaki? Just curious.
Edit: I would advise against running your oekaki on Orgfree.com, because Java support will most likely be disabled once advertisements start appearing. So much for that site, I'm planning to move my site to netthrilldesigns.com once Iceytina comes online in about a hour. I'm hoping that I'll be given the same amount of features that OekakiArt had in the past.
