I dont get it!(help!)
I think i am the most confused person ever!!! I dont get any of this! I really want to make my own oekaki but i dont get how to.....please help me!!!!!!

Are you trying to install the Oekaki software Wacoon made?
If yes, do you have your own web host?
If no, can you pay to purchase your own web host?
If yes, go to http://www.hostmonster.com and sign up there
If no, we'll continue from there.
When asking for help, please try to be specific with what you need, or else the best you can be offered is vague answers to vague questions.

Download the zip file from http://www.ninechime.com/products/Wacin … 1.3.12.zip
Extract the files onto your computer
Using an ftp program (If you need help with this, let me know) such as fireftp, core ftp light, or coffee cup ftp upload the files to your server
Run the installer
Click "Finish installation"
Begin... oekaki'ing?

I'd recommend reading though the newbie guide of the manual. It gives a bit more background on the tools and formats you'll need to know about to run an oekaki:
