Coincidentally, this is the second artist to give Cindy an unintentionally dilated left pupil, which I have decided to accept as canon. Most artists just draw dotted eyes, but drawings like this occasionally give me some new design tips. |

Originally commissioned in black-and-white (since that's what the artist was offering), Mr. Hughes gave Cindy a bit of a chromatic workover, anyway. Cindy isn't especially punkish, but I'm really liking this version of her more and more. |
