New Toy! Wac always wanted a car as short as he is (well, almost), and the Lotus Emira fits the bill nicely. Quite literally, as it's quite a bit cheaper than your typical Ferrari!

No, it's totally not a mid-life crisis. He swears. His business partnership with Noicha has worked out quite well for him over the years, so he figures it's time he got a real car for a daily driver, and the Subaru WRX is now the winter car.

Might have been nice to inform the wife about that 2-year-long order, though, as it looks like Tawny will be swearing for quite a while.

Welcome to puberty, kid.

It's hard to believe Miles is now officially a teenager. Before he was born, Wac and Tawny were discussing having children, and they were concerned about whether their kids would inherit Wac's lycanthrophy and how severe it could be. Just as a precaution, they decided that when they were ready to start a family, they would do so only when Wac was in his normal form. Alas, they found out the hard way that Wac is only fertile — and exceptionally so — when he has transformed. Despite Tawny still being on birth control, Miles was conceived accidentally, and his parents panicked for months, worried about how their first child would behave once he was born.

To their relief, Miles was born physically normal, and for years appeared to be developing with no psychological problems. He does have abnormal vocal chords, rendering him unable to speak and only able to whisper, but the family doctor believes this condition is unrelated to lycanthropy. For his entire life, Miles has never had a transformation episode, and he was anxiously optimistic that he wouldn't have to endure the same inconvenience as his father.

Well, so much for optimism. Now it's time for “the talk”, and the long process of learning how to control episodes and how to hide his condition from the general public. Thankfully, it's a myth that were people are bloodthirsty killing machines. Mostly it just makes you a bit dumb and in the mood for snacks. Miles is very mild-mannered and not prone to anger or malice — or binge eating — so he should adapt without too much trouble.

Of course, now Wac and Tawny need to worry about their daughter, Melissa. She's a total firecracker, so when she comes of age and feels the call of the wild, she'll need all the help she can get!

Happy 10th Birthday, Miles! Gee, how time flies.

Melissa isn't quite up to tune with the rest of the family when it comes to singing Happy Birthday, but she makes up for it in volume.

Poor Miles. Long after he grows up, he'll forever suffer from middle kid syndrome.

Hard to believe it's already been a full year! The Wilson family celebrates Melissa's first birthday, and unfortunately, daddy seems to be an especially bad influence this year with regards to table manners. Tawny isn't terribly impressed, but that's because she knows how much of a mess will need to be cleaned up later. I'm sure she'll cook up appropriate disciplinary action for her fuzzy lunkhead once the lights go out.

Okay... I guess an explanation is in order. Ever since Sonic the Werehog became a thing and I read Kayla Na's comic “Obedience Training”, I've secretly toyed with the idea of Wac being a closet werecoon. Normally he's a bit uncomfortable being around his family when he has an episode every month, but it's a special occasion this year. A full moon on Halloween makes a perfect cover for his appearance, he wouldn't dream of missing his daughter's first birthday, and most importantly of all... there's CAKE!!!

There's a few other implications of Wac's condition. The reason it took a few years of trying to have his second child is because he's [finally] found that he's infertile while normal. As such, both of his kids were conceived during a full moon. He's also especially fertile during his transformation, which is why his first kid, Miles, was a bit of a surprise, despite Tawny having an IUD. :)

Oh yeah, by this point Wac has finally received his acrylic eye prosthetic, so he doesn't wear the eye patch anymore. On a normal Halloween, he always dresses up as a pirate, of course.

A bit before her due date, little Melissa joined the family on Halloween morning. Hopefully this doesn't mean she'll grow up to be goth... or get pumpkin-flavored birthday cakes every year!

Newborn raccoons have a somewhat inverted fur pattern. If she looks a bit odd, keep in mind her mask and colors will fill in over the next few weeks.

Here we go again! Wac and Tawny are confident enough in the pregnancy to introduce Miles to his new baby sibling. Poor Miles has some insecurities about saying hello to the new member of the family, at least if it involves rubbing mom's tummy! Wac doesn't seem to have such reservations, and it's likely his mind has started wandering a lot farther than his fingers.

Wac and Tawny have been wanting a baby for a couple years, and it's finally happened after a bit of trouble. Her heat was in May, and this picture is probably from her 3rd month.

HIGH FIVES ALL AROUND! *Whooppash*

Welp, both Wac and Tawny have been bitten by the YouTuber bug, and they've decided dress up as their favorite game commentators for Halloween -- Markiplier and JackSepticEye.

Oh yeah, say hello to Miles. As of 2015, he is now 4 and 1/2 years old, and is finally going out on his first Halloween. He looks a bit distressed, though. Maybe it's because he's dressed as “Billy” from the violent game Happy Wheels... or maybe it's because he has to suffer the endless, childish horseplay of his nearly 40-year-old parents!

I started drawing this at the last minute (as usual) so I had to rush with the background. I'm glad I finished it in time!
