Re: Funtion trouble

It doesn't look like the web server is set up properly to handle PHP scripts.  Who hosts your web site?  They might not offer all the functionality required to run the oekaki.

Re: Funtion trouble

If you log in as the owner and go into the diagnostics screen, do all the folders show up as "OK" or are some of them locked?  FunPic has a bizarre security policy, so maybe HTTP headers aren't being sent correctly if the banner can't be written.

FunPic has some real problems with accepting comments and stuff, due to their anti-spam policy.  Try updating your banner with only a very small amount of text.  In the past, even simple words like "work" have caused issues, let alone more obvious things like "casino".  Yes, FunPic's anti-spam filter really is that aggressive.

The good news is that you can FTP new banner and notice files to the server, and that won't trigger the anti-spam filter.  If you're unable to update the banner through Wacintaki, it'll still be possible to fix it, so don't be afraid to experiment with different text to see which words are causing the problem.

Re: Funtion trouble

By connecting, do you mean linking to your site, or something like putting their home page URL into the profile editor?

Sounds like an overbearing security policy to me.  A link to your board would be helpful, so I can check out a few things.  Most of the time, however, you'll have to live with these problems.  Free hosts put a lot of frustrating (and generally bizarre) limitations on what you can post on their servers.
