I've just installed Wacintaki at my website, and there's a very strange thing happening: the part of comments always post the comments...at the first picture of the board (and change this comment). Worse: when I command "send" the pic is not posted immediately, is instead "stored" for further edition...
What is exactly happening? Is this normal or something is going wrong?
My board is at http://tanko.dedalus-factory.com/oekaki/index.php . This is something strange (as I want to post other pics...But I'd like the things work normally...)
Thanks in advance.

Is a fresh new install of the board, so no update has been made. In fact, there's no oekaki board in that server else this one. The version is the shown at the page as 1.3.4 (besides seems that is the 1.3.6, indeed)
When I go to "Diagnosis", all under "Locks" appear as "Ok".
The only thing I had to do a little different of the reccomended in the directions of installing was to put the permissions for "language" folder as 755 (otherwise the labels didn't appear).
So...what is going on? Why the board stores the pics as "in edition" (and is necessary to go in "recover pics" to finally post them)? Even the art made as test by Tanko showed that odd behavior (she got really scared with that).
Thanks in advance.

Hmm... well, the first thing is that your server uses a DENY/ALLOW security policy. So, all folders must have permissions changed to make them readable. The server will not allow files to be seen (other than HTML files and scripts) unless folders are set to 755.
Set the "shipainter" folder to 775. This will ensure that the ShiPainter files (such as brushes) will work properly. The applet may not be able to submit pictures unless the "shipainter" folder isn't set properly.
See if that works. If it doesn't, try setting the "oekaki" folder to 775.
You might have to do this with all the PHP and Perl CGI scripts you run on your web site.

Some of the files have older version numbers in the source code. I update the numbers only when the files are modified.

Oh, I followed your directions about 755 permissions to php files and now seems that all is working fine (I managed to arrive to a fine result yesterday, Brazil time 3:15 AM approximately ^^; ) I tested it but couldn't say surely if all was working--apparently was.
Thanks a lot! I'm still waiting a definitive test made by Tanko herself (as I asked for her to hard test all the features of the board, as she is way more experienced at oekaki boards than I am, and can find the real problems), so I still hadn't answered about.
But, at least according to my tests, seems that everything is OK. Again, thank you for the attention and the help
