Just help
I just want to make a simple website where users can make there little drawlings and post them on the site!
Its so complicated! If I gave you my account pass and username could you set up just a basic website thing
for me??? I know im asking for alot but that would be so cool!

Look here, first.
I could set it up for you if you have web hosting and know that it supports MySQL databases, but you have to be aware that maintenence is an issue, so at some point, figuring out how an FTP program works is vital.
The simple readme in the Wax Poteto distribution doesn't really include much information about FTP and stuff. The Wacintaki manual has more information, as well as a newbie guide. Here is the manual.
