When pictures are made into WIPs, a user's piccount is decreased.
However, if those WIPs are then deleted, a user's piccount is decreased again. It seems that the function does not check if postlock isn't zero. This seems to be an oversight.
Perhaps retrieve the postlock while deleting and only decrement piccount when it's above zero in the 'dela' actions of functions.php?
