I've noticed that oekaki pulls the time from the server computer, which is kind of inconvenient for me because I live on the east coast but my server is on the west. Where can I find where to change the time and/or how.

Not too hard, I guess, though both PHP and MySQL are responsible for printing dates, so it would be a lot of things to replace. This might be available in 1.3.

PHP doesn't have any method before version 5 to get the timezone, so owners with older servers would have to set the timezone in the control panel.
