I know your oekaki has chinese patch, somewhere... I do not have it in my folder when I downloaded 1.3.1. Is it updated in the newer versions? I am curious to know.
In short, where can I get the chinese language patch?
The language pack is in the latest version of Wacintaki. You'll have to update the whole board to use the new language pack, not just copy the "chinese.php" file into the language folder.
