How to perm. set thumbnail size?

I like that thumbnail size --- how can I keep it at that size (I had to use the Thumb setting to make it that size)?

In the control panel, you have to select "Uniformity" as the thumbnail mode to make all thumbnails the same size. The "Large thumbnail size" then controls the size of thumbnails.
By default, Wacintaki uses a square canvas. To get thumbnails in the same rectangular shape as that other board, you'd have to change the default canvas so it is a bit taller, such as 300x400.
