Templete problems-_-'
Lets say I made blue dots with a black back ground for a templete background but when I put it on there, it messes it up the banner and goes abouve it without covering the whole page. So, what do I do to make that stop? Heres the background----> http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k55/kutacat/666.png
