Installation problem
I'm pretty sure I've done everything right. I've uploaded every file, chmodded everything as instructed, and when I go to the install file, it's all wacky.
It shows a bunch of errors, and the text before the text boxes isn't there.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Some servers are paranoid about security and won't allow people to even read files in subfolders. The default permissions might be 644 for folders instad of 755 (no execution bits).
CHMOD the "language" and "shipainter" folders to 755 and see if that works. If not, the folder might actually need to be writable to be readable, so try 775.
