Animations
I'm using Wacintaki 1.3.2 Oekaki but the animations won't play. It says download OP_(then a number).

Hmm... this doesn't sound like the animation/banner conflict. Could I have a link to check it out? If you don't want to post it here, e-mail it to me.

I believe so.
When you said, "OP_(then a number)", I thought the file extension might have been missing. Turns out, this is a header conflict, and you can fix it by using the banner ad fix (even though there's no banner ad on your site). Copy this file to your oekaki folder and it should fix the animations: fix_anim_banner.zip
As for the banlist, the ban list itself seems to be fine, only the editor is not working. Delete the "banlist.php" file from the server, and re-upload it. Don't CHMOD the file.
