It can't be changed in the control panel after the board has been installed.
I've been debating whether it's a good idea or not to add a prefix changer to the board. It's generally not a good idea to rename a massive number of files on a website that depend on a config file setting. There's really no failsafe way to do it.
I'm working on a hack, though. I doubt it'll make it into the board.

A possible hack that only gives new files the new prefix would be good enough. Personally I don't need the old files renamed. I wonder if the files with the new prefix would start their file name numbering over or continue from the old prefix's file name numbering.
Would such a hack be compatable with the latest install of Wacintaki as well? Or would installing the new version help in anyway? (Of course when installing a new version, I can change the prefix then.) I can just install that on the weekend probably.
Thanks
