Retouching has always been troublesome due to caching issues. The web browser caches images, and Java caches animation data. Using Ctrl-F5 refreshes the web browser cache. The Java cache can sometimes be fixed with a computer restart, or it might have to be manually cleared in your computer's control panel (Java has its own control panel). In the Java CP, the cache is called "Temporary Inernet Files", just like how Internet Explorer refers to its cache.

The black lineart shown here won't appear when I go to retouch the picture. It's not hidden on any layers. It's like it was never there at all. Same in the animation, it'd stop where it did before the retouch.

I just updated the oekaki yesterday.
((Also, the girl who was colouring the dragon with a crystal ball (OP #30) couldn't send her fully-coloured retouch so she had to printscreen it. This was before the update though, this may have been fixed. ))
***EDIT: Lineart problem fixed! Maybe it was just the host server being slow!***
