This version has quite a few improvements, including a fix for the picture submission errors on servers that have new versions of PHP, or that don't handle raw POST data too well.
It also includes a fairly basic humanity test for both registration and guest comments, which should help weed out some of the newer WordPress spambots going around.
I'm still learning about localization support, but 1.3.7 also includes proper server headers for international character sets, so language packs should now work more reliably.
