Minor update that was never supposed to be. Download it here.

CHANGES:
- Another anti-spam measure that counts the number of links for guest posts.
- Some CSS cleanup in many of the standard templates.
- Some templates didn't work in PHP5 due to a syntax compliance issue.
- Fixed ban list. File pointer has been wrong for a while. Oops.
FEATURES:
- Memberlist now remembers search queries.
