Ouch. If she's tried different computers [on the same ISP], and nothing works, then chances are there's some kind of DNS issue. All she can do is wait until the router causing the issue resets. That might take a few days.
In the meantime, a proxy can be used to view the board. A proxy redirects data to get around server/ISP conflicts. I don't know if pictures can be submitted, though.

WHen she views source it's blank
only way for her to view the page is to search google & open cache :'
She's tried using IE(I didn't ask vers) and Firefox(latest vers)
She also tried updating the java & I checked to see if for some reason her IP or ISP was banned, although it wasn't.
She's even tried different computers.
I'll have to ask her about the view source...
Blank? Er, no, that's kind of odd.
What web browser is she using, and can she do a "View Source", or does that result in a blank page, too?
I just recently installed the wax oekaki and it works fine for everyone but one person who gets a blank page when she goes to the URL
any idea what the problem is?
