The ban list is created by the script, so it shouldn't be locked. I'll check this out along with the animation issue.
I'm using Wacintaki 1.3.2 Oekaki by Waccoon. I logged in as the owner but I can't seem to access the Ban List (banlist.php). It says it's forbidden. How can I access it?/?
