In the newest version of the chat.php (old chat, not the new chat system), in the page numbers section, link needs to be changed from:

// Page numbers
//
$pages_link = 'delpics.php?pageno={page_link}';
to
//
// Page numbers
//
$pages_link = 'chat.php?pageno={page_link}';
