Hmm... the code tests that "pass != pass2", so there's no special processing going on.
Are you using any spaces or UNICODE characters in your password?
Are you pressing "enter" after typing in your password in either of the fields? I've seen some strange results where web browsers are adding a new line character after password fields if you hit "enter".
When I click the Submit button at the bottom of the Wacintaki Installation page I get the error:
"ERROR: The administrator passwords do not match."
But I assure you they most certainly do match.
