That worked! Weird, I know I went through and double checked all the files, and CHMODed them correctly.
For some reason, the Language folder was set to 744. What a silly mistake. >_>;

That's odd.
Make sure the CHMOD number for the language folder is set to 755, and english.php is set to 644. Both the folder and file must be set correctly.
Can you access the folder through a web browser, or do you get a "403 Forbidden" error?
Hi, I've followed the instructions directly, and get this error when I go to the install page.
Warning: main(language/english.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/morning/public_html/oekaki/install.php on line 46
I've tried changing the permissions, but have gotten nothing. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong, any help would be greatly apperciated, thank you so much! ^^;;
