I ran into the same error code but I got into my database just fine and after clicking the button it took me to a page where it got rid of the install files. The database when you create it has a different username than your usual one (or at least that's what it's like on 000webhost and x10hosting). You might need to look for it, it's located in your control panel settings or somewhere where the database's id is. Good luck! Hope that helps.
