More or less, there's step-by-step directions in the Wacintaki Manual
The general idea is that the first board is copied to the server and installed as normal. Then, the second board is copied to the server in a different folder. When installing the second board, some of the database info from the first board must be typed into the installer. When you're done, both boards will share the same member list, but display different pictures and comments.
