That's really strange Sapphire Luna. I agree with what our dear Mod said, maybe its just the cache. Now, I know what to do when it happens to me.
Clear your web browser cache, or re-load the page, and the problem will go away. There is a bug in Wax where if you delete pictures in order, some picture numbers will be re-used, and that leads to some caching issues. Pictures are being posted on the server just fine, but your web browser isn't showing them correctly.
Renaming the pictures folder will also fix the problem, because then the "name" of the file (actually, the path), will be different, and your browser won't use a cached image.

But I changed the root folder's name, and it seems to have fixed the problem, but I can't tell for sure.
But I swear, I had deleted everything from the pictures folder and deleted pictures would still show up! o_O
Well, did you delete it from the /picture folder?

I manually deleted every user and picture from the server.
When I try to draw a new picture and post it, it's posting someone else's old picture instead! But I've deleted all the old pictures! Where is it coming from? How can a start anew?
