That depends on how your host has set up their server.  When you log into your ISP account, there should be some kind of database management tool filed under "MySQL database", "database", or something similar.  A popular tool for browsing database content is "phpMyAdmin", though this tool is usually used for browsing database content, not creating a database.

Some accounts have preselected database names attached to them, and you only have to click a button such as "enable database" and it will ask you to set a database password.  Once you do that, it will show you the name of the database.  FunPic works this way.  I think on FunPic, your database name is your account name with a few numbers tacked on the end, so if your account is "bob", and you enable database support, then the database name will end up being "bob_001".

Some accounts let you create your own database names, especially if you're allowed to create more than one database.  My server works like this.  On my server, the login is "ninechim", and if I were to request a database named "oekaki", it would end up being named "ninechim_oekaki".  Database names tend to be weird like this, to prevent one account from accidentally having the same database name as another account.

If you have only been asked to set a database password, but not a database name, then you probably have a preselected database name.  You will have to browse the "MySQL" or "database" section of your account manager to find out what the proper name is, or make sure the name is set up correctly.

"You must also specify a fourth value, the database name, which is the actual database you want to access.  Since you create this database, it can be any name you like.  Some ISPs only give you one database, so they might choose a name for you, which is usually some variation of your account name.  If your ISP account is "bobsmith", your database could be something like "bobsmith_db001".  Check with your ISP to see what your database resources look like."

I already received that help, but....how do I check my ISP? I checked everywhere for the database name, still having trouble...
