No shell access is required for Wacintaki. What is required is PHP support, one MySQL database, and FTP. The host appears to offer all of these.
Would Wacintaki need shell access to work properly?
This host has horrible reviews, but they're still hosting my friends website even though her debit card ran dry a long while ago, and they're only $1 a month (IMO, I don't see how risking $1 could hurt me)
