Aw, crap, I tried running the installer the first time. So I'm guessing it deleted my files~ ):
And, When I "replaced" the files, I accidentally deleted them; and hoped that the patch ones would still work--ahaha, shit happens eh?

I plan to delete the other oekaki(s) (They were failed attempts at making one longgg ago) And to keep another one I just made for all my members to scribble in while I fix this one.

Its all right, I'll just transfer my pictures(and avatars) to my New oekaki c:>>
Thank you for the help though~ C:

*Oh yeah, My new Oekaki runs great with no problems--and I'll change the spaces as well.

Thanks for everything <3
I appreciate it smile

Uh, it's asking you to run the installer because the config files and resource folder are either missing or incomplete.  That's bad.

Don't panic.  I think this can be fixed.  We just have to recreate the config files without running the installer, and you'll probably have to give me your FunPic login through my e-mail and let me do that.  I sure hope you didn't delete any files before applying the patch.  You only need to overwrite files, not delete any.

Whatever you do, do not run the installer.  That will damage the database you already have and probably wipe everything out.

I assume you want to have two oekakis, "Doodle Intermediate" and "Doodle Oekaki".  The other three folders are essentially placeholders or temp folders.  Let me know how you want your site to be set up and how many boards you want.

You're also using spaces in the names of your directories, which is very bad, in general.  It would be a good idea to change that, and make the root directory (http://copkid.co.funpic.org) a link page to all of your oekakis.

When I go to the link of the site it does this:
http://copkid.co.funpic.org/Doodle%20oekakis/

Its says: Run installer--then gives me a 404 Error.
Ahh, I hope this can be fixed..

When you apply the patch, you don't need to run either the installer or the updater.

What's the current state of your board?  If you don't want to post a link to your board publicly, send it to my e-mail so I can take a look.

If the config file cannot be written, the board will return an error, so I don't think this is a CHMOD problem.  This might actually be part of the registered globals issue that affected older versions of the board, which might occur if your system administrator recently updated the server software.  I forgot when I "finally" fixed the control panel.  An update to the latest Wacintaki should fix this properly.

Updating the board is easy.  Just download the 1.3.0 to 1.3.10 patch, and overwrite all the old files with the new ones.  The only trouble is that 1.3.8 had a lot of changes take place, so a lot of files have to be replaced.  Still, all you have to do is overwrite the old files.

If something DOES blow up for some insane reason, just ask for help.  A lot of people panic and try to re-install the board, only to find out later that a fix would've been trivial.

Hi,
Recently I've tried to activate the Automatic Deletion date, make the canvas size bigger,  set Auto Imunnity and more of the sort.

But, when I press "submit" after all my changes--
Nothing happens.
It sends me to the front page of the Oekaki, and all my settings I did on Control Panel are the same, and do not show any of the changes I just made. Neither does the Oekaki.

I'm thinking maybe I CHOMD'd something wrong, and so it won't let me "access" the changes?
Any ideas on whats wrong and how to fix it?

I also Have one more question that is not URGENT...but It would be nice to have it answered c:>
I created my oekaki on 2006-07-23 and THINK its verion 1.3.3 (Thats what it says on the bottom of the page anyways)

How do you update the oekaki into the newer version...with out losing all my data? (And yes, I downloaded it onto my computer already from the site, Have a host, and a FTP client)

Much Thanks,
~Copkid
