WIP means "Work In Progress", or a safety save. This allows you to save a partial picture so you can finish and post it at a later time.
Normally, you can only have one safety save at a time, and if you have a safety save already, you have to finish or delete it before you can work on a new picture.

but i have another question : what is WIP?
