Yup.  Unfortunately, there's no way to do this yourself.

I knew it.

So should I ask my host to add the following filetypes?

PaintBBS PCH:    “video/x-pch”
ShiPainter SPCH:    “video/x-spch”
OekakiBBS OEB:    “video/x-oeb”

Yup, I'm afraid this is the infamous Microsoft IIS filetype problem.  "IIS", or "Internet Information Services", is the name of Microsoft's web server.  By default, it will not serve files to the public if it does not recognize the filetype.

As far as I know, only an administrator can fix this problem, by adding the filetypes.

More info is available in the online manual.

Greetings all,

I've recently installed your oekaki board and it's working superb. Only the problem is that I have just been informed that there might be a problem with animation.

It seems that when you press with animation to save your layers so you could go back to retouch, it won't let you re-touch the pictures and only let you have a blank canvas also it doesn't show the animation progress of the artist.

Now, I've looked all other related animation topics I could find here but none of them seem to be working. So far I've downloaded the banner fix, changed CHMOD, and uploaded java files such as PCHViewer.jar ect.

I've also noticed that I don't think my server doesn't recognize pch file since it gives me an error when trying to access to the file.

Here is my oekaki board: http://gwda.net/tothez/oekaki/index.php

All help would be appreciated.
