Your server is crippled because it has safe mode turned on. Safe mode is a PHP setting, and PHP is the scripting language that actually runs the BBS.
You'll have to contact your system administrator and ask them to turn safe mode off, otherwise, no files can be saved.
first problem is i cannot change my avatar. here's what it says when i try to screencap
i just don't understand all that mysql jibberish.
the other problem is that i can access the drawing applet and doodle and it SAYS that it saves it, but then there's no image, and i can't go back and retouch it.
here's an example:
1. Draw the pic.
2. Save the pic.
3. Name pic.
4. Picture doesn't show up.
5. Cannot "Re-touch" image.
