There's no easy way to do this, as all the smilies, links, etc., are all parsed in one go.
If you disable smilies in the control panel, it will not disable links and other text formatting.
hi, how could i limit the number of smilies per post?? i have some users posting a BUNCH of them, maybe if i can set a limit of ten or so, that would help. Thanks!!
