Yeah. I believe that this is due to a maintenance issue. I posted a comment about my oekaki in his forums, but I don't believe that he's online at the moment.
I'll check.
Edit: Nope, he's not online. The last time that he was online was over a month ago. Actually, what I'm seeing is that the phpMyAdmin might have been updated by its server and Kameloh might not have been aware of it.

Sounds like a database error or maintenance issue. You'll have to contact Kameloh.

For the past couple of months my oekaki was working fine, but last night, all of sudden, my oekaki stopped functioning completely:

Additionally, when I go to the phpMyAdmin control panel, I see nothing there at all and I have no privelige to create a new database at all. I'm gonna try to contact Kameloh to see what the problem is. I did so in the forums and so far nothing has been done yet.
