I've been trying to figure out how lace would look combined with circuits. The textures in here sorta get closer to the feel I'm looking for but not quite.

I thought you were in prison or something. Welcome back! This pic looks very cool I must say I say, I'm loving the effects of the lines on this. Is this from the movie Metropolis? I just found this video which has the entire movie. This one doesn't have so many missing parts so it makes a little bit more sense. Here's the link, I'm going to come back and watch the rest of it but I'm so tired right now:

Not what I was thinking of when I drew this but I can see the similarity. This was inspired by a story one of my friends is writing and thinking of how one of the robot characters would look in a dream of it's creator.

Thanks for the link! I'm enjoying watching it. I watched the newer anime version of it which is quite different from the silent film. Wasn't aware of where the story originated at the time. Was so beautiful artwork I couldn't help but buy it.

Oh I should also say it wasn't prison that kept me away. Was a combination of things including college, moving, work, pains and fun...some sexy fun.

Perhaps I'll draw that later.
