Problems with config file.
I followed the instructions on the readme. I used CHMOD to change the file permissions, and I even set it to 777 to try and get things to work, but it still isn't working for me. I end up with a message saying
Cannot open config file!
That's all I get. I followed the readme all the way to step 3 but I can't continue on because thre's something up with the config. Can you help out?
I'm using Wax Poteto 5.8.6
It's a fresh install too!

Viewing the board is supposed to redirect you to the installer automatically, but in some cases it won't. I'll have to work on that.
Try going to the installer directly: http://sonicsketchers.clanteam.com/oekaki/install.php
If the board won't install at all, there might still be a permission issue. It's possible that your server does not like permissions of 777 on folders and requires 775. Some servers will panic if the permissions are too low and 777 is the least restrictive setting.
I'd recommend setting the folder permissions to 775, and then try to run the installer. The installer will tell you if it won't be able to create the config file.
