Remote Storing?
What files would I have to modify to get the board to send the data to files on another server?
The issues I'm having is that on the main server, which my site and a lot of sites hosted under it are on, throw a 403 Error when submitting the pictures. I searched the forum and tried the different suggestions, but none of them seem to work. If you can help fix the 403 error, that would be great. The php info for the server it's not working on it http://doodle.twirp.net/php_in.php and the board is at http://doodle.twirp.net/ It's Wacintaki 1.3.7 If the error can't be fixed, then I'll try to make it work with the other server...
On another server, the board works fine.
I can't move the site to the other server, so yeah...
What files would I have to modify to get it to work?
Basically the ones that modify the cookies and send the data right...?

You can't send files to another server. The applets won't allow that, and there's lots of issues regarding cookie paths, too.
My best guess is that your server has raw POST transfers disabled. This is a web server issue (Apache), and is not related to the PHP issue fixed in Wacintaki 1.3.7. You'll have to ask your sysadmin if raw POST is disabled, and if so, to enable it. I've never quite understood why some sysadmins disable it, but some anti-leeching method might have something to do with it.
If that can't be resolved, you'll have to move your board to a server where raw POST is allowed.
