It's a ZIP archive.  You have to decompress it and then upload the JAR file to the server.

Windows XP can open ZIP files, but if you need a dedicated program to handle them, get 7-Zip (it's free).

LOL no wonder it never works for me. XD

I didn't see a JAR file. There was a File called OekakiBBS. I stuck that in there but nothing happened. =/

You can download it here: http://www.ninechime.com/products/applets/

Just put the JAR file in the same folder as your oekaki, and it will show up on the draw screen.  Be aware that OekakiBBS only works with Internet Explorer on computers that do NOT have Java installed.  With other browsers, or when using Sun Java, the applet will not be able to send pictures due to a compatibility issue.  That's why it is no longer included with the oekaki.

One of my new members was sad to see there wasn't Oekaki BBS on my oekaki. Is there a way to get this on my oekaki?
