Furry stuff, oekaki stuff, and other stuff.

Both Freehostia.com and 100WebSpace.com return this error, and cannot run the oekaki.
I've heard about this problem with other kinds of forum software running on their servers. They don't have a written policy as to what scripts can and cannot do, so I don't even know what it is that's causing the conflict.
I am a member of FreeHostia.com, I have followed all of the instruction correctly and successfully CHMOD all of the correct folders to 777 (775 not available for some reason). When I go to log in to my brand new board i get the following: 22 Naahh.. it will not work!
I don't really know what to do. I'm sure that Freehostia's technical support will not be able to understand the problem because they probably have no idea what an oekaki board is. Anything you can do to fix this?
