This release fixes an oversight with the retouching code. Pictures would be updated just fine, but comments and the adult flag (if set) would be lost.

- Fixed retouch not showing proper picture on comment screen (the actual upload succeeds properly)
- Fixed retouch not importing comments properly on comment screen.
- Updated installer and updater to be MySQL strict compatible.
